Every design package includes the services outlined in your proposal. If your project requires work beyond the original scope, additional services are available and will always be discussed and approved before work begins.

Additional Design Services

• Design services outside the original scope: $125 per hour (1-hour minimum)

• Additional on-site visits: $150 for the first hour, plus $125 per hour for each additional hour or portion thereof

Examples of additional services may include:

• Additional design revisions

• Contractor or trade meetings outside the original scope

• Design work for additional rooms or spaces

• Additional material or furniture selections

• Procurement assistance beyond the original agreement
